How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within one business day.

Depending on what delivery method you chose, you'll receive a notification or email with further information when an order is ready to go.

Why is this item 50% off? When do products go on Clearance?

The products in our Clearance section are half off their usual price, either because they're past their best before date (NOT expiry date), or have been cosmetically damaged.

A best before date is an indicator of how fresh a product is. It may be a little stale if it's past that date, but it's still safe to eat. Some imported items are kept full-price past their best before (eg. crisps) due to how long they take to arrive, but will go on Clearance one month past that date.

Cosmetic damage mostly applies to damaged packaging (eg. crumpled boxes), or products that are broken/shattered in their packaging (eg. chocolate bars, candy canes, toffee). These are also perfectly safe to eat, they may just not be in their intended shape or look the prettiest on the shelf.

We do not discount or sell products that are unfit to eat; if they're too stale to eat, past their expiry date, or have been torn open/had their seal damaged, they get thrown away. If you have any additional questions about our Clearance items, please reach out.

Why was I charged extra tax on my pop?

The Alberta Government requires us to charge a recycling fee of $0.10 on every beverage container we sell. If you return your cans to a recycling depot in Alberta, you can get that deposit back! If you run into problems getting a refund, inform the depot that you purchased the cans in Alberta. If that doesn't work, please reach out to us and let us know which cans were causing the issue.

Unfortunately, we can't display deposit tax alongside the cost of our pop at this time due to technical limitations.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not at this time, but we do offer local delivery within Lethbridge on $50+ orders. The delivery fee is an extra $5.

Where do you ship?

We ship Canada-wide.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return policy?

No returns are offered on any food products.
